Tanner Medical Center was very good to work for. I had a pleasant experience with all of my supervisors and co-workers. Even did nursing school clinicals here and learned a lot.

Cons

Tanner Medical Center had insurance that was very high and coverage was very expensive. Very expensive to go to the doctor or hospital.

Lots of incentives if you're focused on living healthy.

Cons

pay-for-performance was a total joke; I got a total 35 cent raise per hour in 5 years. Insurance is good but high deductible plans. Favoritism dominated our department.
