      rewarding job and good hours along with good compensation

      The staff is terrible. Since you will be spending a lot of time with the people you work with they are often times very cliquish and passive aggressive

      Pros

      There's room for growth if you want to play the game and deal with lazy people in upper management. Some staff and management are kinds of hearted people who care. They usually do not stay long because they see the dysfunction.

      Cons

      Promises that you are told you will receive never happen: bonuses, PTO and raises. The company is about money and it's been like that for years. Protection for the collection but not minorities.

      Coming into work every morning @ Tanner seeing all those smiling faces from the employees as well as the patients. I've been working for the company 6months and it's the Best experience I have ever had! To know I Am Appreciated for my work is what makes me keep coming back every day!......😍 🗣Team Tanner!
