It is a good place to start and get your foot in the door! I am learning a lot that I will be able to use in my future career as a nurse.

Cons

The pay is low considering the monitor technicians are doing the exact same job as RN's who are making 2-3x's as much an hour.

Doctors and nurse get paid good, not other employees

Pros

I have good co-workers. Some managers do recognize your hard work. Location I work at we do different events for sports, holidays, and stuff like that.

Cons

The pay isn’t competitive, and the insurance is not worth it. I pay for the PPO plan and still pay so much out of pocket.
