      At Tanner Health System, we strive to allow our employees the potential for growth and advancement. Employees can take on more responsibility, or even move into higher roles as their skills and experience evolve. However, we understand new employees need training so they have the tools to succeed. We conduct New Hire Orientation each month and encourage hiring managers to have training programs established in every department. Investing in new employees is essential for the company's success in the long run.
