I enjoyed my time at Tanner. My supervisor was great. I always felt comfortable in my working environment.

Cons

Some days could be stressful, but there was a great team to help in any way they could.

It is a company that you can move up in. Good morals and values.

Cons

Once you hit the top out pay, you can only get a one time check of ‘40 hours for your yearly evaluation. Unless the company decides to do a cost of living raise, no chance for yearly raise. Also, the health insurance is not too great.
