Professional, personable, collaborative and valued. This is what I have seen, felt and experienced since the first interview until boots on the ground. I feel there is a need for my skills, I have met so many I know I can (and get to) learn so much more from. The support, the encouragement to do what I know I can do and use my skills to the best of my abilities.....this is my everyday at Tanner.
