It is a smaller hospital. The workload assignments are not as heavy or hectic as the assignments in larger hospitals. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The team work is great. I live 10 in away as an added bonus; no highway traffic headache on the way to or from work.

Cons

It's a smaller hospital. They have a lot of great equipment but not necessarily the little bits that spoil you. For example, does have the new C6 but doesn't have the etCO2 adaptors to help track VT on the new vent. But so far, the small things that I've gotten use to using aren't enough to not enjoy working here.
