Pros
There's a lot to say about TMC, but I feel like since it is ran by a local to West GA, there are more values that are respected than in other hospitals. TMC demands the highest quality of care and I am 100% confident in the abilities of the staff to meet their requirements. The workplace atmosphere has been conducive to my learning and gaining experience (as a Nurse Extern). The RNs and LPNs are willing to go out of their way to assist a team member even if it's "tech work".
Cons
TMC, like everywhere else, is controlled by the economy. I would love to say that they are able to be independent and offer affordable care to everyone but it is not logical for such a large production.
