The pay we offer for all jobs – depending on job description, job requirements and employee experience – generally meets or exceeds the pay offered for similar jobs in our geographic location. We would not characterize turnover as high for the vast majority of positions at Tanner, but the realities of an on-going and ever-evolving pandemic and mandatory vaccination required by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) have resulted in some job turnover – as well as in the opportunity to pick up extra hours for those who are interested.
