Personal Growth and knowledge of helping patients is rewarding. Schedule is flexible. Nice comfortable atmosphere and good people to work with.

Cons

Underpaid. Hard to advance and move up. Not challenging or does not require any thought to perform. Extremely Petty and nit picky office personnel.

Doctors and nurse get paid good, not other employees

Pros

I have good co-workers. Some managers do recognize your hard work. Location I work at we do different events for sports, holidays, and stuff like that.

Cons

The pay isn’t competitive, and the insurance is not worth it. I pay for the PPO plan and still pay so much out of pocket.
