Pros

It is a non-profit hospital, so I feel that everything that is done is for the betterment of the community and service. It makes you feel good when you go above and beyond knowing that no one is driving a jet to work paid at the patients and line employees expense.

Cons

The non-profit status is great but their is a lot of addition checks we must make in order to keep grants, funding, etc. I drive a long way and as of now I do not have the option to work from home although I could at least one day per week and definitely when teaching virtual classes.

The only con I would say about Tanner is that sometimes the nurses are rude.
