All the overtime you can handle because they're always understaffed. If you're looking to get your hours for licensing and get out, it's a pretty good place for that.

Cons

Political. The powers-that-be can do whatever they want with no accountability. They will rally around each other and stop the little people from being heard. You are expendable. If you are looking to get your hours for licensing and get out, it's ok.

Met some amazing people during my job at tanner. Learned a lot of valuable lessons about life and myself. Genuinely felt like I helped people when they were at their lowest.

Cons

Management didn’t want to manage. Low pay for duties required. My opinion about my job never mattered even though nobody else could figure out how to do it or didn’t want to. Everytime I reached out to HR they basically told me that’s how tanner is. Never felt appreciated by my supervisor but was expected to work overtime when we didn’t have anyone else.
