Pros
its a job, atleast most patients appreciate you when no one else does.
Cons
Pay is horrible...you would make the same at a grocery store..no possibility to move up...favoritism is ridiculous...once you stand up for yourself you'll have a permanent target on you no matter how hard of a worker you are...not understanding of any personal issues...they just want a body there to do the job of 3 people by themselves for low pay. Impossible to afford the benefits for just one person which is absurd considering tanner employees put they're life on the line everyday
