Pros

Pros: Flexibility and due to the area, the compensation is okay; of course a person could make more moving towards Atlanta.

Cons

Cons: If you are not a nurse or doctor you are not valued. The department that I work in, as well as the hospital as a whole, could use more structure. Services are not provided to all hospitals, just the main one. There are no opportunities to advance.
