Pros

Tanner does a good job with keeping up with pay rates and has a good benefit plan. They encourage promotion from within and dedicate resources to training managers how to be leaders and growing employees allowing for career paths. This is evidenced by the number of long term employees. Work family is really close in most areas. Everyone is focused on taking care of the patient and work well together across teams.

Cons

None other than working at a hospital is the hardest but most rewarding job ever.

Disorganized conversion team. Inconsistent directives and lack of support and appreciation for the Epic project team members.

Tanner has a clear mission to Advance Health and hires people who are on board to help them accomplish this mission. The organization is growing and improving which creates energy and excitement on top of helping our patients.
