hybrid schedule (1 day in office a week), incredible job (paid to read books all day), great pto (almost 200 hours this year), massive bonuses from company sale ($10k per year of tenure). The new boss is cleaning the place up. Dead weight is being fired, managers are being held accountable, now using real metrics that cant be faked or embellished.
