I've been working here for a little under a year and everyone is super friendly. The pay isn't the greatest, but the managers recognize this and they try to make up for it in other ways. They get a Peapod delivery of snacks for the breakroom once a week. This includes fruits, yogurt, cottage cheese, breakfast bars, chips, crackers, etc. They also do things like bringing in a comfort dog to one of the conference rooms every once in a while, offering many types of pie on Pi Day (3/14), hot chocolate on Valentines Day, paid summer picnic, paid holiday party, an ice cream truck, wellness challenges and many other things. And it's especially nice to walk out the door at the end of the day and not have to worry about anything. And if I get a bad book with lots of errors, it only lasts a few days or so and then I get another book. Great job for a social introvert!
