Supportive management Thorough training process Flexible(ish) hours PTO requests are generally approved Good work-life balance. Can leave work at work

Salaried, but must clock in and out At home equipment is outdated and no subsidy for internet etc. Must go into office even though all job responsibilities can be completed remotely. The office has cubicles and no windows. On hybrid days, you are only allowed to work remotely from your home, no flexibility to work elsewhere Salary

Pros

Before Covid there was a nice community among employees. That no longer exists.

Cons

No room for growth. No pay increase outside of a 3% cost of living that gets pushed back further and further every year. Clique-culture in middle management--employees are frequently targeted for minor infractions. I can think of 4 or 5 names off of the top of my head.

Base salary is VERY low with little pay raises coming for new year or promotions.
