Disrespectful leadership. However, the leadership I was directly under was terminated shortly after I left for harassment. It was unnecessarily long hours. There were times that other managers I worked with would be playing on Youtube and Social Media because they were required to be there but had nothing to do. Their entire management system needs to be reevaluated.
