Pros

Money is good, venues are always busy, and well marketed

Cons

You are constantly told that they can put anyone in your position and the venue will do just as well, they constantly remind you that "Tao Group" is the best. Requesting time off is a major issue. No respect is shown. Management are gods.

Pros

I am a shareholder, so I have the freedom to find and start other business. It works only in Mexico but have the freedom to expand or change it to other countries.

Cons

Too small company, difficult to manage in crisis time because of lack of resources. Focused in department stores and convenience stores reflects immediately the economic crisis.
