Pros
The only pro are the legacy kate spade employees who understand and remember what our culture used to be like prior to the acquisition.
Cons
No work life balance. None of the new systems work like they're supposed to. All we're poorly designed. Environment has become extremely corporate and stuffy. Benefits are super expensive. Raises do not even cover the increasing costs each year. Very little support from upper management. Do more with less should be the new company slogan. Upper management out of touch with their employee base. Very little room for growth. They only promote their own!
