Remote work from home. Asynchronous job

Cons

Low pay. Productivity tracking is not correct. Multiple meetings and not even productive, and a waste of time. EHR glitches. Micromanaging team. Managers step down, and team leads. High turnover over

Working From Home Not a lot of work and overstaffed

Cons

Doesn't feel any growth is possible. My department has no yearly written reviews or accomplishments. I could slack off like my team does and most likely receive and be treated the same way when pay raises come around if they do.

The employees that have been there longer are great people the pay is very well and great work life balance.

Cons

Very unorganized in favoritism within the company. Hectic amount of work and rude people.
