Needs better pay and Better training

Poorly maintained. Nothing works as it should. They lie to get people in the door. No one wants to stay, retire or take a lead position. The money is not worth what they make you responsible for. Too much is asked to make it easier for the people in the main office. Project planning is a joke. Zero consideration for the operators who have to use it. There is plenty of people who work there that shouldnt. They get away with screwing things up and if any operator makes a accounting error ( they shouldnt be doing accounting in the first place) , its hell to pay. Once you get a target on your back your done. Might aswell quit.
