Pros
Great place to work. The pay is good and so are the benefits. Large company that is still lean and nimble so it's easy to get things done. Management is taking us in the right direction and it shows in our growth.
Cons
Not a lot of set standards and practices. Not good about updating standards and generating standards as we have grown.
