A lot is expeceted of you! Company operates on skeleton staff, in larger departments there is an overwhelming workload and unrealistic deadlines, management make all the decisions and buyers implement.

- Great team and regional leadership - Good working environment with safety as a priority - Always putting in new positive changes

Cons

- Base pay is very average - Dont get full adult pay until 21 - very low staff discount (5%), - even when significantly above budget the bonus is max $30 per person and its in a gift card not cash. - no structure for advancement - lots of unpaid hours due to customers not leaving on time and unpaid starts - unpaid participation in online training that is mandatory - very very few contracts on offer, most staff casual only
