Pros

It can be very low-key and peaceful. It doesn't have a drive-through although, we just introduced drive-up orders. You get Target benefits as well as a team member discount. If you feel burnt out with being a barista, you can request a day or two working on the floor. You get two paid 15 minute breaks and one unpaid 30 minute break at the five and a half hour mark.

Cons

It can be very busy on the weekends at a high volume store. Busy as in a nonstop line for hours. Tips aren't allowed.
