Pros

If you get into the right store with the right management team it is a great experience. Lots of support and training with a great team culture. Very flexible with being a parent and needing to do school pick ups/drop offs, doc appointments etc. With the right store management the team culture is great, the littlest things are celebrated from people getting into their desired uni courses, to pregnancies.

Cons

State management are more than happy to write up people if you even ever so slightly do the wrong thing despite cutting wage budgets meaning not enough staff to complete their jobs effectively thus getting written up even if not at true fault. Took way way too long for company to provide masks, sanitiser, plexiglass screens for health safety at peak of covid despite many staff being very concerned for their health, let alone job security.
