Pros
-Very easy to work at once processes are learned - Generally not stressful until busy periods (Christmas, etc) - Great opportunities to make friend with colleagues - Small discount across Target and other Westfarmer's companies
Cons
- Experience can be shaped or broken depending on management - You will probably be expected to work across many different areas, a pain if you don't like a certain area -During less busy periods, shifts can drop off a cliff and its har to get hours -Stores are generally understaffed which leads to you having to do other tasks
