Pros

Flexible hours, longer than standard breaks and some good people. Discount card was great.

Cons

Really push you to be part time rather than casual

It’s worse over time.

Pros

5% discount and sometimes you get to work close to home. Many positions for men.

Cons

45-70 hour work weeks, no overtime or TIL. Roster has you closing and opening. No work life balance, managers only paid slightly more than full timers ($20 more take home pay per week) no opportunity to advance if you’re not willing to flirt your way up. If you’re ill and need supports none is there. If youre on maternity leave youre treated as if you have betrayed the business
