      Pros

      Pays lots of money and it is really fun to work in a great environment with lots of people.

      Cons

      There aren't a lot of cons to working at target. The only really downside is that some of the buyers are a little rude.

      Pros

      Lovely people. Fast paced. Plenty to do.

      Cons

      Everyone is over worked, stressed and on edge worrying about their job. Disorganized, goal posts constantly changing. High expectations to deliver tasks no matter what time you get to do something, which is very often based on last minute decisions and impulsive direction. Impossible place to feel successful at your job. Blame culture.

      Small store with staff that show each other and customers respect. Clean tidy well presented areas.

      Cons

      company expects a lot from so little staff. Pressures are placed on management and staff daily.
