Pros

I'm not sure there was ever a positive of working there

Cons

They really treat their employees badly, putting a lot of pressure on us to achieve unobtainable goals. I believe the problem is intentionally created by upper management, by not providing the stores with enough wages to complete all the required tasks. Which in turn pushes the store management to pressure the staff to not take their breaks and stay back for unpaid work. I remember during some major sales events having to stay back for 6 hours of unpaid work, This also puts the staff in a position to receive abuse from customers who are understandably upset about there not being enough staff to provide service.
