      Flexible work schedules, lots of young people working, straightforward and easy job.

      Cons

      Lack of support for management, huge amount of staff so not very easy to get to know everyone.

      Pros

      There are lots of different roles you can do - registers, lay-by, putting out new stock, tidying departments, returns, fitting rooms etc. You get to both work independently and as part of a team. Had opportunities to help out at other Target stores. The managers I had were all really good and appreciative.

      Cons

      The staff discounts could be better.
