Target is genuinely a good place to be. the culture, people and work is good.

Cons

growth is slow but other things make up for it. that's why most people have stayed here for more than 15 years

You work with good people most of the time and I am proud of the work I did.

Cons

Culture. They don't recognise you for the actual output of your work. It's about whether or not you are being "visible" to the top management. And it was hard for women to get visibility with the management.
