      Pros

      it’s a pretty well paying part time job especially if you’re in college. always get at least one 15 minutes break, if you work 6+ hrs you get a 15 minutes break AND a 30 minutes break.

      Cons

      don’t expect the person making the schedule to give you days off or change your availability. you have to have very legitimate reasons why you cannot work some days or times.
