Good working culture, loved to work as we used to work while music was being played in the background, good support from the staff for resolving customer queries, complaints and requests.
Cons
PRESSURE! as it was 2 chats simultaneously. Literally least salary in India. Not worth for long term. And least number of holidays with strict automatic login timings with overtiming.
