- Was given real valuable work that had an impact on company and potential for huge savings - Amazing support system within team - Many fun and social events between interns and on team

Cons

- Was promised the opportunity for a full time position when accepting the internship, but was informed during the internship that no full time positions were being awarded - Management did not handle sharing this news to interns well
