      Some idiot managers are making Target Corporation of India a worst company with Worst culture and people management.

      Overall company culture is nice and great policies by the company.

      Cons

      Some idiot managers are there who think it is the company of their parents. They are doing everything with their team members to leave the company. HR knows all but they also cant do anything because the managers are expert in buttering to higher level of management. Poor HR cant do anything to the manager who got 0% positive feedback in BTS.
