Pros

I like that they try to keep their counts accurate for the store Coworkers were nice HR was super kind Could SOMETIMES walkie people from other departments to handle their customers.

Cons

Team lead didn't care to help and would complain if she had too On your days off, if someone doesn't count your inventory properly, you are now responsible later on because you "run" the section They make you leave your section to help out customer service and be a cashier for a couple of hours even though you have a full list of things to get done in your own department. Doesn't matter, you get walkied over and over to come up front and help.

Pros

good pay for work flexibility (they will work around school schedules) friendly atmosphere.

Cons

to many training videos (sometimes a little politically leaning) unsteady scheduling (that comes with retail jobs though) micromanagement can definitely be a thing
