Pros

20-30 hours a week. Target seemed like a good company to work for. They called me on my resume. Hired me on after the holiday season. Was over due to my extremely high production. I worked at higher rates than they had experienced before as a new temp in my first Few weeks.

Cons

20-30 hours a week. Location was a busy one, the down side was turn over. One Manager favored friends and let them sleep rather than work when I reported it, while making $28 to my $13. Was mocked by the longer term employees making the pre 2008 wage for being poor, homeless and not being paid the same. Also, was treated differently for my race or just possibly not being the same as others.

Pros

Flexible, good culture, chill because night shift

Cons

All the techs a bit outdated and slow, often times not enough people for the work.
