Pros

Its a job and pays the bills It will quickly become the worst place you have ever worked and by contrast, everything after that will be an improvement

Cons

Senior management often displays unprofessional behavior, including frequent gossip about colleagues, dismissive attitudes toward floor staff, and emotional tantrums when suggestions for improving basic operational issues are raised. The work environment is disorganized and lacking in mature leadership. Most in leadership have only ever worked at Target and are insecure with different perspectives Long-standing operational problems are routinely overlooked. Significant health and safety concerns are also present, as many areas remain covered in dust and are not maintained to OSHA standards Management has limited awareness of day-to-day floor operations, prioritizing short-term metrics—such as hourly shipment volume—over sustainable efficiency and workplace safety. Reasonable requests from floor employees are often disregarded, despite the fact that addressing them would improve both productivity and safety. Managers enforce rules selectively, issuing citations for infractions in which they themselves are later observed engaging. Employees are scheduled for 40 hours per week but are expected to work 50 Co-workers will disappear like its 1940's Russia while managers feign ignorance
