Too much life in work-life balance leads to a culture of complacency. Employees that have been around for too long are set in their ways and don't realize impending doom to the brick and mortar industry that is coming in the next 10-20 years.

Huge corporation, red tape. You do things that seem not to matter sometimes. Mostly feel that the work I do is valued but sometimes it seems insignificant.
