If you decide to leave the company they no longer pay you out for the sick or vacation hours you accrued, they say it is so that you use it while you are there to promote a better work life balance but calling out sick is very much frowned upon and requests for vacation are not always approved if it doesnt work for them. Also they are big on hiring interns right out of college with little to no experience and promoting them to Executive Team Leader positions after only a short intern program, trying to move up from a Team Lead to Executive is nearly impossible no matter how long you have been there or how much experience you have.
