Loved the managers here! I built great relationships and am still friends with one of them to this day!

Cons

Sometimes more got expected of me than other departments/employees, but not without compensation!

Pros

My ETL comprehends how school impacts work sometimes and is willing to give me time off based on that or life situations. Very flexible.

Cons

Not all coworkers do their share of the work, so you get into nasty workload situations. Some TL and ETLs are also unaware of how unrealistic their demands are.
