Pros

Workers are generally nice, some supervisors are trying to be positive.

Cons

Schedules are impossible. Management lied about full-time employment at interview. Negative management attitude. When I questioned by schedules are never same shift, and change daily and weekly without regard to impact on employees - low pay requires they work two jobs, not just at Target. They make you sell their Credit card with 24-29% interest - loan shark rates!

Pros

I like the hours I get and like the fact the store closes at 10:00 pm and opens at 8:00 am,

Cons

So far the only con would be that the team leaders occassionally do not get you relieved for meals and breaks. You usually have to remind them.
