Leaders are toxic 2-25 cent raises every year You get vacation time but being able to use them is like finding a needle in the haystack False promises High performing team members get punished by picking up the slack of non performing team members who don't get held accountable Most of the leaders just hang out in the team lead offices gossiping about team members Communication socks Leaders will put you in leadership roles and build ypu all the way up to point but never have the intention of promoting you
