      Pros

      There is a strong team-centered attitude, pay can be great, you will mostly be working in your hired section, it is also a very social job.

      Cons

      Very difficult to get hours, the workload expectation was very high for the amount of hours given, training was not very thorough, and management members were often hired with little Target experience and therefore were not well-equipped.
