Pros
Pay, resources that come along with a company of this size. Travel (role dependent, and tbd if travel will continue at the same rate post-CoVid). Flexible work arrangement (finally, due to CoVid).
Cons
Lack of growth opportunities. Team structure is siloed and bogged down with excessive processes, different groups are not aligned on the same priorities and/or strategic goals . Incompetent middle management, stagnation of employees due to lack of competitive opportunities locally. Problem performers aren’t really dealt with.
