Pros

Company culture was amazing and you make great connections. Some departments fostered growth and gave you the opportunity to reach out to anyone who you felt would be a great mentor to you in the company.

Cons

People who have been at the company for 10+ years were way too comfortable with their roles and felt like they could do no wrong, so they treated people that just came into the company not so nice.

Flexible hours, work from home, casual dress, GREAT people to work with

Cons

Very low pay for way too much work, vacation time/sick time keeps decreasing, literally NO chance for advancement because job path was destroyed during the layoffs.
