      Pros

      Good people, good work life balance, good and fast pace development. Everyone seems to work for one goal.

      Cons

      Like every where, the Manager I had suck but obviously there are some here that are great. I did not have the best training or any at all when starting. It took a while to gather tools and knowledge to get going effectively in my role. May differ from team to team. Can be more diverse.
