Always something to work on, ability to work with industry leaders and learn a lot quickly

Due to the nature of working with multiple clients, having to prioritize one over another can be difficult sometimes based on bandwidth and potential urgency

Pros

Good benefits package, fun team bonding experiences, strong growth and mobility Every day working for TargetPath is different. Projects are ever-changing, but it keeps me feeling sharp and excited to come to work every day. The team that works here comes in with a shared mindset of helping our clients to succeed and has become a second family to me. I feel like the team is always looking to help me advance in my career. A great company culture around celebrating wins is always encouraged as well.
